HTML and Bug fixes

Some things have been added

-HTML. Game can now be played without downloading

-Health regeneration has been added: while at 1 Health, surviving for a few seconds will heal you by 1.

-removed Health gain on upgrade

-Audio changes

Some minor bug has been fixed

- Audio doesn't bug out while selecting an upgrade
